Ingredients for Vegetable Crudites
½ cup carrot, cut into 11/2 " long strips
½ cup cucumber, cut into 1 ½ " long strips
½ cup broccoli, cut into 1 ½ " strips
½ cup cauliflower, cut into 1 ½ " long strips
salt and to taste

Method for cooking Vegetable Crudites
1. Fill a pot with ¾ full of water. Bring to boil and add salt.
2. Add the broccoli and cauliflower in the boiling water and boil for about 1 minute.
3. Strain the boiled vegetables in a colander.
4. Put the boiled vegetables in cold water and drain in a colander.
5. Serve the carrot sticks and cucumber sticks raw.
