Cheese Sticks Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 To 5 Cheese Slices
- 4 Tbsp Corn Flour
- 4 Tbsp Maida Flour
- A Pinch Cooking Soda Powder
- 3/4 Tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
- To Taste Salt
- To Fry Oil
- In a bowl add corn flour, maida, cooking soda, red chili powder, 2 to 3 tbsp of bread crumbs, and salt and mix everything nicely and add water little by little and make a thick batter.
- Now add the cheese slice and knead to smooth dough and Keep it aside for 5 minutes.
- In a plate add bread crumbs and keep it aside and now take the dough and roll it to lengthy sticks and cut them into small sticks (approx 3 to 4 inches long).
- Coat them in bread crumb mixture and coat nicely and heat oil in a deep pan and gently drop the sticks and fry the sticks gently in batches and take care not to overcrowd the oil.
- Fry it on a medium flame and fry till golden in color from both the side and crisp from outside.
- Drain on a tissue paper and serve it hot with sweet and sour sauce.
