Tandoori Hummus Recipe

Ingredients for Tandoori Hummus
2 tsp tandoori masala
1 cup soaked and boiled kabuli chana (white chick peas)
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp fresh curds (dahi)
salt to taste


For The Garnish
2 tsp olive oil
chilli powder to sprinkle
1 tsp finely chopped parsley


Method for preparing Tandoori Hummus
1. Combine the kabuli chana, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, curds, tandoori masala powder, 2 tbsp of water . and salt, in a mixer and blend till smooth.
2. Spoon the mixture into a serving plate and pour olive oil and sprinkle chili powder and parsley over it.
3. Refrigerate till use and serve with pita bread.
