Vegetable Chowder Soup Recipe

Cooking Time: 10 mins
Total Time: 30 mins

Ingredients for Vegetable Chowder Soup
½ cup chopped carrot
¼ cup chopped onions
¼ cup finely chopped potatoes
¼ cup chopped french beans
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
3 cups basic white stock
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
1 ½ cups white sauce
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley



Method for cooking Vegetable Chowder Soup
1. Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
2. Add all the vegetables and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
3. Add the white stock, salt and pepper powder, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
4. Add the white sauce and parsley, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
5. Serve hot.
