Paneer Cutlet Recipe
Ingredients
- 200 G Paneer
- 1 Potato
- 1 Slice Bread
- 1 Onion
- 2 Green Chilly
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg Powder
- 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
- Salt To Taste
- Oil To Deep Fry
Directions
- Grate the paneer finely and keep it in the bowl and in deep pan boil potato in enough water and after it gets boil, peel off the skin and mashed the potatoes.
- Trim the edges of the bread slice and in a bowl add grated paneer, mashed potato, and bread and mix nicely.
- Add salt, chopped onion, garam masala powder, nutmeg powder, coriander powder and green chilly.
- Add finely sliced coriander leaves and mix all the ingredients well and knead it to a soft dough and make small balls out of it.
- Flatten each ball into a cutlet shape and beat egg in a small bowl and in a plate, spread the bread crumbs and keep it aside
- Now dip the cutlets in beaten egg mixture and coat it with bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and once the oil is hot, drop the paneer cutlets gently into the oil and deep fry till it turns golden brown on both the sides.
- Drain it on the kitchen towel and serve it hot with green chutney.
